Analytics Portal Terms of Use

These terms of use (“terms”) set out the rules that you must comply with when using the CaaS Analytics Portal at https://analytics.cvaas.cloud (the “Dashboard”). You must read these terms before using the Dashboard.

Who we are and how to contact us

The Dashboard is operated by Beam Connectivity Limited (company number 12429245) (“Beam”, “we” or “us”). Beam’s registered office is at Oakley House, Tetbury Road, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, GL7 1US.

By using the Dashboard you accept these terms

By using the Dashboard, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Dashboard.

There are other terms that may apply to you

These terms refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of the Dashboard:

  • Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and store personal data.
  • Our Cookie Policy, which sets out information about the cookies on the Dashboard.

We may make changes to these terms and the Dashboard, and suspend or withdraw the Dashboard

We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use the Dashboard, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. These terms were most recently updated on 27/06/2025.

We may update and change the Dashboard from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users’ needs and our business priorities.

We do not guarantee to you that the Dashboard, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Dashboard for business and operational reasons or if you have, or we suspect that you have, breached these terms.

You must keep your account details safe

You must:

  • maintain the same username and password for your user account for the Dashboard as was originally assigned to, and provided with, your user account;
  • not share use of your user account, or share the email address, username or password linked to your user account with any other person;
  • take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to, or use of, your user account by any other person; and
  • immediately notify us by emailing cyber@beamconnectivity.com if you suspect or become aware of unauthorised use of your user account by any other person, or any other breach of security relating to your user account.

We have the right to disable your username and password at any time if you have or we suspect that you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms.

Things you must not do when using the Dashboard

When using the Dashboard, you must not:

  • misuse it by introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or otherwise harmfully interacting with the Dashboard or any part of it;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Dashboard, the server on which the Dashboard is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Dashboard or any other equipment or network connected with the Dashboard;
  • not interfere with, damage or disrupt any software used in the provision of the Dashboard or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party on which this Dashboard relies in any way;
  • attack the Dashboard via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack (by breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and we will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them);
  • except as may be allowed by any applicable law which is incapable of exclusion by agreement between us, attempt to copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute any material published on the Dashboard or attempt to de-compile, reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form all or any element of the Dashboard;
  • access all or any element of the Dashboard to build a product or service which competes with the Dashboard;
  • use all or any element of the Dashboard or materials published on the Dashboard to provide services to third parties (for clarity, other than to the official licensor or sub-licensor of the Dashboard through whom you have been granted access to the Dashboard);
  • license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose, or otherwise make all or any element of the Dashboard or materials published on the Dashboard available to any third party (for clarity, other than to the official licensor or sub-licensor of the Dashboard through whom you have been granted access to the Dashboard);
  • attempt to obtain, or assist third parties in obtaining (for clarity, other than to the official licensor or sub-licensor of the Dashboard through whom you have been granted access to the Dashboard), access to all or any element of the Dashboard or materials published on the Dashboard; or
  • engage in any act or omission, or become associated with any situation or activity, that brings (or could bring) us or the Dashboard into disrepute or ridicule, or damages (or could damage) any aspect of our business or reputation.

No text or data mining, or web scraping

You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to the Dashboard or any services provided via, or in relation to, the Dashboard for any purpose, including the development, training, fine-tuning or validation of AI systems or models. This includes using (or permitting, authorising or attempting the use of):

  • any “robot”, “bot”, “spider”, “scraper” or other automated device, program, tool, algorithm, code, process or methodology to access, obtain, copy, monitor or republish any portion of the Dashboard or any data, content, information or services accessed via the same; and
  • any automated analytical technique aimed at analysing text and data in digital form to generate information or develop, train, fine-tune or validate AI systems or models which includes but is not limited to patterns, trends and correlations.

The provisions of this section should be treated as an express reservation of our rights in this regard, including for the purposes of Article 4(3) of the Digital Copyright Directive ((EU) 2019/790).

You shall not use, and we do not consent to the use of, the Dashboard, or any data published by, or contained in, or accessible via, the Dashboard or any services provided via, or in relation to, the Dashboard for the purposes of developing, training, fine-tuning or validating any AI system or model.

This section will not apply insofar as (but only to the extent that) we are unable to exclude or limit text or data mining or web scraping activity by contract under the laws which are applicable to us.

How you may use the Dashboard

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Dashboard, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Dashboard for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on the Dashboard.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the Dashboard must always be acknowledged (except where the content is user-generated).

If you print off, copy, download, share or repost any part of the Dashboard in breach of these terms, your right to use the Dashboard will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made (except that you are permitted to print off a copy of these terms).

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. The Dashboard must not be framed on any other website, nor may you create a link to any part of the Dashboard other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

Your responsibilities if there is a Security Event

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access the Dashboard. You should use your own virus protection software. We do not guarantee that the Dashboard will be secure or free from viruses or vulnerabilities.

If you become aware that any unauthorised person has accessed or used any part of the Dashboard or materials published on the Dashboard or that a virus or vulnerability has been introduced to the Dashboard (each of these circumstances constituting a “Security Event”) then you must:

  • immediately notify us of that Security Event following the disclosure process;
  • respond without delay to all queries and requests for information from us about that Security Event; and
  • co-operate with any requests for information, or inspection, made by us or any data protection or cybersecurity regulator, relating to that Security Event.

You must implement, operate, maintain, and adhere to our incident management processes for Security Events so as to enable us to discover and assess Security Events, and prioritise Security Events.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to the Dashboard or any content on it.

We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with: (i) use of, or inability to use, the Dashboard; or (ii) use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Dashboard.

In particular, we will not be liable to you for: loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

How we may use your personal information

We will only use your personal information as set out in our Platform Data Privacy Policy.

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

These terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
